    1. You have great taste, my friend! Both of those could have easily made the top 55.

Let me get this right... These are NOT on your top 55? So "Caroline, No" didn't make the cut? I'm sorry to have to do this, but I'm now scoffing in your general direction. It just had to be done. -Steve

    1. Steve I knew that was coming- and I assumed it would be from you! What can I say? It didn't make the cut. Haters gonna' hate, hate, hate , hate... LOL

Steve is absolutely right. Without Caroline, No your list becomes impotent. Just telling it like it is! - Carson Castro

In your defense, cutting to 55 is tough. I like your lists above by category. Great way to look at their songs. Sometimes you want Fun, Fun Fun and sometimes you want Surfer Girl. Hard to compare them side by side. -Steve

    1. It was tough, and you are so right. Different songs hit me on different days, and comparing is really tough. The 55 would probably look different if I wrote it today. The lists above helped me include some stuff I love without starting all over again.

As you probably guessed it would, your lists have me searching for the weird songs. Who knew they could be weird? ~Chris Cooper

I have always thought that "Don't Talk (Put Your Head on My Shoulder)" was one of the most beautiful songs ever written. I love all of "pet Sounds" but there is just something about that song that moves me every time. - Kevin G.

    1. It is another Brian Wilson masterpiece without question, Kevin. As I mentioned here a few weeks ago, I probably should have just put the entire "Pet Sounds" album at #1 on my countdown and saved myself some grief. Thanks for stopping by,
